Uninstalling the Windows Print Scout
The Print Scout application can be uninstalled in different ways.
Using Windows Settings or Control Panel

Windows Settings: Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps, locate Print Scout, and select Uninstall.

Control Panel: Navigate to Control Panel > Programs and Features, select Print Scout, and click Uninstall.
Using the Command Line
Run the msiexec command to remove Print Scout. You can choose whether to retain or remove Print Scout’s data and settings during the process.
msiexec /x <PrintScoutInstallerName>.msi

Replace <PrintScoutInstallerName> with the actual name of your Print Scout MSI installer file.

Add KEEP_SETTINGS=yes to retain Print Scout data and settings files.

Use KEEP_SETTINGS=no to remove all Print Scout data and settings files for a clean uninstall or simply run the command without KEEP_SETTING parameter for clean uninstall.
When you uninstall the Print Scout, it sends a notification to HP server and the Scout State property is updated to Uninstalled.
